WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW/DO TO PEPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
​
Please advise the therapist before your appointment, if any of your health conditions have changed which could affect your treatment.
​

If you wear contacts, you will need to remove them before the treatment
-
Please make sure to have NO PRODUCTS OR MAKEUP on your lashes when you arrive for your appointment

If you are currently on or have been using Retinol/Vitamin-A, you will need to discontinue use around the eyelid area for at least 2 weeks before we can perform this treatment on you
-
You will have to wait at least 2 weeks after any Botox or other injectables before you can book in for this treatment (if it is in the same are being treated)

If you have recently had an eyelash lift done by another beauty therapist, you will need to wait a minimum of 8 weeks before booking in with us
-
Only the artist and the client having the service can be in the appointment room during the procedure.
AFTER-CARE

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW/DO TO PEPARE FOR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?

AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
​
FOR THE FIRST 24 HOURS:

Do not touch or rub your eyes

Do not use mascara or any other eye makeup product
-
Avoid direct sunlight
-
Avoid anything that will get the lashes wet or produce moisture (swimming, sauna, exercise, washing face etc)
AFTER 24-48 HOURS:

You may resume your normal skin care routine (use a gentle foaming Ph Balanced cleanser)

Use a lash serum daily to hydrate lashes and promote lash growth

Be gentle and avoid sleeping on lashes

Do not use waterproof mascara (use water-based mascaras only)

Do not use heavy oil-based products (they can weigh lashes down)
-
Do not curl your lashes while you have a lash lift (that includes heat or mechanical curlers)

Lash lift appointments can be rebooked every 6-8 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. You must wait until your previous lash lift has grown out before you can rebook.
